Unhappy customer

I am a regular customer and place orders almost daily, however the level of service has been extremely disappointing. On several occasions, including orders #*** and #***, I have not received all the items I paid for. This is very frustrating and inconvenient.

In addition, the packing of orders has been unacceptable. The bags are often packed far too full, to the point that they are tearing by the time they arrive. My groceries have fallen out, and the delivery driver has struggled to carry the order safely. This not only risks damage to my goods but also reflects poorly on the overall service standards.

As a loyal customer, I expect better care in order fulfillment, accurate packing, and a more reliable delivery experience. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed urgently to prevent further occurrence
