Unhappy customer due to security guard

I write this review with a heavy heart and that I will ensure all my family and friends don't ever set foot at the store ever. So today I went to Clicks Megacity with a Sportscene plastic which was sealed by the security for me to enter the store. I couldn't find the item I was looking for so moved on to Pick 'n Pay Megacity with that same plastic in that sealed state. The female security insisted I leave the plastic at the parcel counter, I had to walk out because I once had an issue where I lost the parcel counter card and it was a mission to get my item out. Pick 'n pay please sort your security guards out, we are not all out there to ***** food if that was what she was implying. I'm really not happy at all. Spar security guards seal your plastic and if it's a plastic from another store you can gladly walk in with in. I had another incident prior to this one with a male security guard at Pick 'n Pay where my plastic was sealed and I walked in with it, I opened the seal to put my pick n pay items inside and he asked me WHO INSTRUCTED ME TO OPEN MY PLASTIC TO PUT MY ITEMS INSIDE? 🤷♀️ Can you please address this and have it sorted out, I am an unhappy customer right now.
