Unhappy customer

I’m so not happy with the service I received from picknpay workshop by the teller in number 9. I tried to explain to the cashier that I had money in my account but now it is showing that I don’t have funds in my account so while I was busy stressed with that the cashier didn’t even bother listening to me while I was still looking for my other bank card that I wanted to pay with she processed the transaction not even asking for my smart shopper card so my discounts did not come off i than asked her why was I not asked for my smart shopper card she than mentioned that she asked me but I did not hear and I than asked if customer service was not taught properly because as far as I’m concerned you must make sure that when you speak to a customer your voice is loud and clear for the customer to actually hear what you are saying. She didn’t even pay much attention to me but she was busy chatting with her co-workers while assisting me
