Unhappy customer @ pnp ottery

I was at pnp ottery today, regarding my incident of last week. Nicky van de merwe the food hod called me and I told her my expectations an apology from the butcher manager Timmy and what is pnp going to do about this incident and I expected answers. Today was a total waste of my time, I met with Nicky and Timmy the butcher manager, he asked me with his arms folded why is he here??? Nicky explained and he was clearly not interested in apologizing at all, he had attitude it was written all over him... Clearly pnp is not going to do anything about this incident, management can treat people however they want to its all about the money but their slogan says we inspire never never it was pathetic, clearly pnp staff don't have no customer service skills at all and that's very very sad
