Unhappy customer

I have send off numerous emails to Pick n Pay customer services ,in connection with there branch in Lakeside Cape Town. I have now given up because I am getting nowhere with either the customer service and the branch. This complaint is from 30th April 2025,only once someone called me on the 28th May 2025,her name I think was Natasha promised she will sort out the problem since then I forwarded more emails ,but no response from them. They know the complaint I forwarded to them. I trust I will get some positive feedback from this email to you now.
