Unhappy customer

Such a terrible service I've got from this company..my groceries arrived 12 hours late as if that was not enough now I'm waiting for my refund which was supposed to take 3 to 10 working days. Sending numerous emails and getting automated responses. I'm sick of this I will never ever do business with pick n pay.
