Unhappy customer

To. I bought a skyworth sound bar on the 7/05/2026 on the 08/05/2026 the sound bar stopped working I then went to pick n play to do an exchange or refund the guy who was helping me told that they are not allowed to refund or exchange it they must 1st book it in for repairs I then refused cause it’s not even a month I bought it and it stopped working the Bluetooth doesn’t connect to any device and it doesn’t charge to any other station meaning aux redio or any other it’s seems to be unfair for me cause this device has even rechead 1 half month and it gives me problems I’m not happy with the service
