Unhappy customer

I recently bought Nutriphase for small to medium dogs at PnP Kathu, because it is the only food my yorshire terrier wants to eat. To my disgust and disappointment it had already expired back in March. I threw it away. Went back to buy another one. Also expired. Left it on the shelve. Question is now why would they keep it on the shelve? Someone's dog will get sick
