Unhappy Customer

A 120g pack of Simba Chips is on sale for R15.99. The 132g pack has written on the packaging '10% extra free'. Add10% onto 120g and you get 132g. The only problem is that the 132g is on sale for R16.99 so you are not getting anything for free. In my book this is false advertising! When I brought this to the attention of the manager at the store I frequent he told me that prices are stipulated by head office. I can agree with that statement. He promised to get back to me last week which he didn't, then when I saw him again he asked me to fill in a customer query book to remind him. Up until today Head Office have not got back to him from what I am told.

Exactly the same product is on sale at both Checkers and Spar at R15.99 for both sizes.

Pick and Pay needs to be fined for every single 132g packet that they have sold and the money be given to a befitting charity.
