Unhappy Customer

Bought a couple of things today at Pick 'n Pay New Market, one of them being a 2lt milk on my way home from work. When I arrived home I discovered that the milk was half although it was sealed and not leaking. I then went to Pick 'n Pay Bracken City to exchange it as they are closer to home, just to be refused by the Manager as he said he will not exchange it and if I am not happy I can return it to Pick 'n Pay New Market. No I need to drive all the way back as I'm refused help at Bracken City. I will not support this branch ever again as your customer service is non existent.
