Unhappy Customer

I visited the Goldman branch on Wednesday and came in with my parcel which I had to leave in the basket at the front as one is not allowed ot go in with it. I left it in basket 12, I went in to get what I needed and 10 minutes later i went to collect my parcel and low and behold there was nothing on the basket. my goods was ******! i reported it to the "manager" who called the security to check the footage. 30 minutes later i was still waiting. i left and went back on thursday afternoon, they showed me the footage which clearly showed a guyu *****ing my goods. there was security guard right there and still the guy managed to ***** my stuff. I was told to produce proof of purchase so I can get reimbursed. Guys the footage shows i put my stuff in the basket 12 and shows the guy that stole my stuff but I have to provide proof. the branch is closing down on Sunday 31 May so why would they care, I am very disappointed.
