Unhappy customer

In March 26 2026, I bought a BERNETTE READ SPONONO washing machine! The Store Manager sold me a washing machine that was on display. It was given to me without the Washing machine branded packaging instead they gave with the washing machine with an old box packaging of Eggs. From the beginning the machine gave me problems. It wasn't flushing out the water out so I had to pump the hose with my mouth so it could release the water, now the machine stopped working. Yesterday I went to the store to enquire about the warranty and was told that it's Okey to bring the washing machine for an exchange. Today I get to the store and the Manager Matome assistant me good and was ready to give me the washing machine but now the Bernette Read representative refused saying they have to fix my washing machine and I have to wait for them to repair first. Now that's the part that makes me angry because firstly they are inconveniencing me when they didn't give me a new washing machine in the first place and also why should I wait for a washing machine which I bought already from them when that washing machine wasn't in the best condition to begin of with. The manager Matome examples to the representative but the representative fails to even listen to the problem at hand and just says it needs repairs and this service is uncalled for because I frequently buy at the store and don't expect such treatment when I already made a purchase from them and was assisted by the store Manager on my first encounter.
