Unhappy customer

I made an online purchase on pick n pay asap,on the 27 August 2024, there was one one items which was not in my package the time I received it.Mind you the package was sealed Bought 2x Mitchum Men Advanced Invisible roll on 50ml it was two for R65 but that was not on my package. Same day I contacted the call centre.

The.lady helped me said she is escalating the matter for investigation,till today,no one bother to assist,should we still order online if there are problem no one is willing to assist

Order number was ***3 Ticket no *** after spoken to call centre lady.

What can I do because I have paid for those roll on .Iam not happy about the service,sort this please
