I was at Pick n pay Lenasia a few months ago to EXCHANGE baby formula and I was told by the manager Thabo that they don't RETURN or EXCHANGE baby food because it's company policy But a few days ago I was there again and they refunded a white lady. Does your "policy" only apply to black people??????
