Unhappy customer

I went to pick n pay darra center now, I will do my shopping in Kensington pick n pay , and I had more than 10 items in my cart , it's not like I just found a till empty I took a long time before they called me , and I just saw it saying 10items only ... The lady said it's more than ten I asked okay can I pay them twice she insisted, rudely and I couldn't understand why even when I wanted the manager she said there like I'm not a paying customer, I asked for refund and she did it another lady till not her own , I never felt so disrespected like that in pick n pay it's not like I had no where to go ....honestly I will never again set my feet in pick n pay darra center....
