Unhappy Customer

I am writing this mail with a very painful heart

My mother visited pick n Pay Pretorius in Pretoria at 14:39pm, on her visit, she forgot a purse which had ID, driving license and bank cards, around 14:55, she noticed that she forgot the purse at Pick n Pay, on her arrival she went to the till and asked the two ladies(cashier and till packed) that were serving her, they said to her that they did not see the purse, maybe it might in the trollies, but the same trolley my mother had a bad in, and but the bag is her possession at that time, and she took out a card to pay which was inside the purse.

Furthermore she took the matter to the manager and the manager said to her the person who supposed to view the camera is not around. Which I feel the matter was supposed to be treated as urgent as they can. How can a manager not be able to view the footage. What type of thing is this. I feel that my mother was undermined, or is it maybe because she is black? I am really disappointed after she told me this.

I don't know if I should continue to encourage friends, colleagues and family to shop at Pick n Pay Pretorius.
