Unhappy client

I'm struggling to get any feed back on my phone that disappeared between PNP Penford Uth and Vodacom repair port Elizabeth. Both of them phoned me two weeks ago. Pnp said Vodacom going to give me a new phone but still nothing from Vodacom I just had enough I'll go to all the news outlets if I Dont have my new phone by tomorrow 23 July 2021.
