Unhappy Client

This morning 26 January 2023 I had a very bad or should I say awful or poor experience at Pick a Pay Family Pacaltsdorp . At 10h38am I made a bill payment I was helped by a cashier named Thobeka Penke that was supposed to be assisting me with my Avon payment I went to her till point and made a cashback for R620 out of my bank account due to loadshedding the Atm was offline . After the cashback was done I asked her if she do Avon payment specifically and she told me yes she do. I gave her a slip with a reference number not knowing that it belong to another Bill payment that I payed there in December called Homechoice. At first i specifically asked her does she do Avon as I've mentioned above but she went and put the payment through without confirming with me if she has the correct details on her screen She prosseed the payment still without cormifiming if she does have the correct details and gave me the receipt with Homechoice details I asked her to call the manager to assist me with a refund or account reverse but sadly I he that it could be done cause the screen said NON REDUNABLE TRANSACTION I am very unhappy because the mistake was made by the cashier and she also admitted in front of her assistant Manager about what happened. I went back for the second time explaining what happened once a again and he refused to refund me As a loyal customer to Pick A Pay Family Pacaltsdorp Beach Raod I am very disappointed with there customer service that I received today #Never shopping or Bill Payment there ever again #Unhappy Customer # Very disappointed 😞🤮🤮🤮🤮😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬💩💩💩💩💩💩💩🤡
