Unhappy client

Just went to pick pay now to buy food.greeted the 2 ladies known to me,of which 1 is the kitchen manager.stood there for more than 5 minutes (and I dare pick pay to check their cameras). No 1 assisted me.went to the manager's office and I was welcomed well by the manager who only said she will address the issue and she didn't even go to the ladies to ask or verify my complaint.this is surely NOT the first time this happens.
