Unhappy and Disappointed Customer
<p>Pick n pay towers has been my favorite place to buy cakes for years now. This month alone on two separate occasions the carrot cake was stale, i ordered a birthday cake which was collected on the 7.7.2017, so disgusting a cake was made of 80% cream and 20% sponge, none of guests could eat a cake. I took an initiative to take this to Management attention the next day only to be given a cold shoulder and be told that there was nothing wrong with a cake. That service on it's own tells a lot about how Management in this store value their customers. </p>
