Unhappy about Customer Care and Management

Still waiting for PicknPay to call back to ensure we are refunded for the ****** items that their staff took without any disciplinary action being taken against them. At firsst, I was happy when a gentleman called me and seemed eager to help. He promised to call a few days later to check if I did receive the refund. Sadly once again he has shattered my trust in PickNPay. No call and worse still, the sheer ******* is being condoned. Being a customer of PicknPay is a joke because you always leave poorer. They ******* people and ***** from you without any punishment. They falsely promise to reimburse you and FAIL TO DO SO.
