Unfulfilled Order

I placed an order with picknpay order numbers *** and ***. I received an email from picknpay to verify my order, I rep**** with the requested information but they haven't gotten back to me or delivered the order. I checked with my bank, and they took the money and also marked the order on their website as completed.
