Unfriendly customer service
The service at Pick n Pay Supermarket Pimville is appalling , disgusting and revolting. The staff there don't greet. If you do, they don't respond. When you try ask for help, you are looked at as a nuisance. All they do is give you their hand, take the money & give you your slip, get it checked by security and leave.
