unfriendly and bad attitude by staff
Tring to buy a new sim card at pick n pay cavendish I approached the cell phone counter and a guy vusi who never even greated just said...WHAT! I asked for a sim card and he then requested my id and proof of address. I then gave my drivers licence. He said no I need my id. They guy next to him khanyani also with a bad tone said we need ur id for rica. No apology just hostile service.
