Unfinished Product

Good day My name is Mpho I've went to pick n pay Protea Glen Mall to buy Banana loaf, to my surprise it was not well baked the Doug was disgusting . I was ready to enjoy it with my friends on Sunday, however it was unfortunate that my day was spoiled. I'm shocked and disappointed I normally buy on weekly basis, I've never experienced something like this i'm so sad. Bad service indeed and worse part it's so fresh when I cut it I could see that it's not well baked it's really bad my God. Pick n pay once again disappointed me, I guess I need to stop buying there cause they're wasting my time. I used my petrol money to travel to Glen Mall I feel ****** as a customer. Yesterday I've asked my hubby to return it, he dealt with Tumi( Supervisor) who refused to refund me my petrol money rude people I must say.
