Unfairly treatment at work and exploiting workers

Hi,im complaining about a manager in that shop called Shane Botha.He treats merchandizers like dogs.When he has his own problems he takes out his stress on merchandizers,its a retail shop whereby you have to take pictures and send to your company but he will kick u out of the shop for that,if he asks you something you reply he says you have an attitude therefore go out,if you talk to anyone on the sales floor he tells you to go out the shop,you come late due to transport he wont wana hear your explanation,you ask him about stock he tells you to go out,when you help promoters he chases you out,even the promoters are treated badly,he often tells merchandizers they do sh*t work,he says they must not work like ******s and all people are scared to report him cos they think he will kick them out
