Unfairly treated

Our experience of Pick n Pay Witpoortjie Roodepoort was very upsetting on the 20th of October 2023. My soon to be daughter in law and myself went to buy a tin of baby formula when a security guy come up to us and tell us that my daughter and law have to leave store. Reason is that in May 2023 she went to Pick n Pay with her mom her mom. Her mom put some 2 litre cool drinks in a trolley that she have pushed for her mom with her boy inside. She wanted to go and buy her mom a mothers day gift. She honestley forgot about the cooldrinks inside the trolley so she went out to go and buy the gift. They went to take her back inside and phoned SAPS. After all this she did went in Pick n Pay a few time after that but on that day they told her to leave the store. I feel it is wrong. It was a honest mistake she made she is not someone that will steel anything. But to refuse her to come and buy some stuff is just wrong. They made her feel embarrassed. Just for a honest mistake she made.
