unfairly dismissed

was work there, last week got ill. i asked lungiswa so i can go to clinic. she told me to go home after going to clinic and said she will call me till today im still at home. she replaced me. pick n pay sanridge. unfairly labour practice and unfairly dismissed. i was still a casual approaching my 6th month so i can be permanent. she's been treating unfairly. we didn't have lunch it was tough. lots of favourism was happening there.
