Unfair treatment, ignorance and irresponsible

Good day I have opened a new pic n p account, then last week on Friday I went to pick n pay clothing at new red Ruth alberton, about 1pm, I bought clothes costing 600 + and according to the pamphlet that I have received from the store it says when you buy for more than 500 on your, 1st purchase you get 200 off,

When I pay, the cashier said it doesn't allow that, I told them to check pamphlet in their store because there is no end date for that offer,, after seeing that, that's when they started to call the head office, They struggled to get hold of them, I asked for the manager, she came and said, she will try to get hold of head office, Then later I said I want to speak to area manager, Refilwe, she said there is nothing they can do because they just come to leave the pamphlet, I told her that is not my business on how pic n pay work with their head office, I need assistance now and and she said I can leave my email and number she will make a follow, I to her that she must make a follow up now because it's almost 2hrs waiting for response in the shop, she dropped the call I waited no response, I left the shop and come no response,

This is really unfair, and it's not my business how head office and branches operate, the pamphlets are still in the shop, but staff doesn't understand how it works, managers and area manager, that's a bad image for pic n pay and having staff that they don't understand, and struggling to contact their head office, all I can say is I want my 200 off, then you can thwow away the pamphlet or edit them even now no call from pic pic n pay,

on that day i came in at 1pm and left @3pm,I spoke to manager and area manager they couldn't do something for the customer, they are telling me about the head office, which they can't even reach them,,that's unfair treatment
