Unfair treatment / experience with online order

I Have ordered online for the great special that they have for buy x3 packet of PNP juice for price of 1 . my order was confirmed and i waited for delivery on Saturday nothing was delivered and when trying to call call center, the number rings with no answer. Today the order was cancelled , if they would have not accepted the online order i would have bought the special anywhere . I don't want this cancellation i would accept if they replace the flavor of the juice i ordered
