Unfair Treatment

I visited Pick and Pay Clothing Store at Katu Heritage Mall in the Northern Cape on June 6, 2025. I was looking to purchase an extra-large coat. When I found the last available coat in my size, the staff refused to sell it to me, claiming it belonged to another staff member who hadn't purchased it yet. Despite my insistence that it was still available for sale, the manager intervened and supported her colleague's claim. The coat belonged to the manager

What made matters worse was when I pointed out that the coat I had tried on was dirty, and they denied it. The staff's behavior seemed extremely unfair, especially since I was willing to pay for the coat.

Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this store to others due to their customer service.
