UNFAIR TREATMENT

I went to Pick & Pay Loch Logan Bloemfontein on 21/05/2015 at 12h40 to buy something. At the kiosk there were two queues. I stood in the one queue and when it was my turn to be helped, the cashier (a black guy) told me to go and stand in the other queue. I went there without saying a word. As I came to the front, that same cashier called 2 ladies behind me to help them. Why didn't he help me when I was in front, why send me to another cashier and then call two other ladies to help them? When I confronted him, he just stand there, looking at me as if I am the one that made a mistake! I feel that was unfair treatment and that guy should be taken into a disciplinary hearing about his attitude toward specific customers.
