Unfair labour practices

This is one Pick n Pay retail store that brings the brand name to shame, this Pick n Pay store is in Orange farm's Eyethu mall. A fiancee of mine got a notice to attend hearing, guess for what: Tasting: She's working in deli and she's one of the first people to arrive at work say 04h45, she's at work already. She does the cooking and preparing of food in deli, but she's not supposed to taste. On contrary many other people have been made to pay for products that were not well done: like Eg. The other old lady was made to pay for tripe that never tasted well. We have a policy here that's contradictory and if the Pick n Pay headquarters knows about such unfair practices then it means the whole pick n Pay is not what We thought it was. Again My fiancee was just back from leave a few days before this happens, and on her return Her supervisor which is the initiating officer of the hearing said to her " Ooh you're back from leave, I already had a replacement for you". Then a few days after she's set up on camera tasting food. This is what the charge says, it doesn't say "theft" or anything else it says Tasting. Isn't tasting an effort of making sure that the food that is prepared tastes well and good for customers to buy? I think Our people are taken advantage of at this retail outlet, and it might not be the brand Pick n Pay but the branch in Orange farm Eyethu Mall, where the supervisory staff and management think they can getaway with anything, or maybe Pick n Pay needs to take them to IR courses, because other policies can't be contradictory, if it's like that it is not going according to the LRA.
