Unfair dismissal
Employees of PicknPay Dobsonville ext 3 Dobsonpoint center were unfairly dismissed because there was a ******* at the store on the 8th of May 2025. Now the owner dismissed them because he claimed that he doesn’t trust them anymore where as they risked their lives and tried their level best to protect the customers. I personally feel like he only cares about money rather than his former employees’ lives, he only took them to a group counseling session for an hour then days later served them with hearing papers. So I wanted to know if is it fair on the employees, please help.

The owner of pick n pay Dobsonville ext3 unfairly dismissed his employees cause people came and stole from the shop and he blamed the employees, his other reason was they kept money till late. But on Saturday 24th of May 2025 around 9 am there were people again who came to *****. So it shows that anything can happen at any given time. Now he didn’t even pay them dismissed employees! Please intervene because I don’t think that’s how things work in your company.
