Unfair consumer rights practices

Can the management team at pick n pay clothing factory in Gezina do something in terms of satisfying all they're clients unlike chasing the daily target,we wake up as early as 4 am in long ques for the store to open and only to find nothing cos they allow the first 5 regular customers who are non documented citizen to take all the clothes in the shop The sad part is in most cases those ladies don't even need the clothes for them it's for business purpose which we understand but can't there be a disclaimer of some kind of perhaps the store must make different slots for different consumers cos it's really not fair at all
