Unexpected Surprise Service provision

What is normally a dreaded daily visit to the Richards Bay Boardwalk Pick n Pay store, turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant visit.<br> <br> It's late in the afternoon when everyone is getting ready to go home, I queried on an out of stock item, when Andries leaves his duty of stocking a shelf in a totally different aisle to go to the stock room to search for the out of stock item. He did not find the item, but his effort to assist is highly appreciated and should not go unnoticed by his manager.<br> <br> Andries is a true role model in service provision, and should be used as an inspiration to other staff in the Richards Bay store.
