Glen Balad Mall- After being over charged on your coffee beans I returned to your store to say not only did you *********ly overcharge me at the till compared to the pricing on the shelf but you also did not take into account the coffee club discounts. When speaking to the manager, Joyce who was unable to speak for herself we were met with the most rude, arrogant and entitled employee Sibongile who told us it’s not their problem and I should send a mail. I am not someone that would usually complain however this is not the first time that I have been *********ly ****** from by this Branch! I do personal as well as business shopping here weekly however I will gladly drive further from now on and support your competitors
