Unedible items ,incompetence of staff picknpay ASAP

I have recently purchased items from the ASAP app as I work nightshift and was unable to go to the store, some of the items received was off which was not acceptable as the odor was very bad and it was clearly not fresh and if consumed could have led to food poisoning, I have escalated this to ASAP support but keep getting the run around and no assistance provided till date . The advisors are of no use and this is pathetic service, our hard earned money is been wasted
