Understaffed at the tills

Very disappointed in the service received at Pick n Pay viking park! On a busy monthend there are only 2 tills open and long queues. I was informed to go to the front of the store as we could pay for our goodies there. When we got to the front we were informed that we can’t be helped because they have too much cash at the till then proceeds to show us the cash in the bag. We had to now go back into a new queue to wait again. This is not the first time that this store is full and very understaffed at the tills. This is unacceptable for the shopping experience and I would rather drive a further distance than having to wait and be sent from post to post!
