Under staffed and false advertising

Went grocery shopping at Pick n Pay in Wonderpark last night. Worst mistake of my entire life!

1. They had posters strung accrosd the entire store advertising their policy about "The price you see, is the price you pay" yeah right!

Firstly I was adding up everything i was adding to my trolley as I go along and horrors-of-horros when the casher tolled up my total it was miles from what I had on my calculator. I glanced at my till slip and swa for example that a lettuce displayed for R9.99 rang for R14.99 on the till. I'm still going to go through the entire slip to see where else i was duped and ******.

Secondly, they had a box (30)of easter lollipos that was adverised for R30 for the entire box, when I went to pay for it they said it was a mistake and the lollipos were actually sold as singles. SO? Not my fault!

2. What is the point of having 32 till points when only 6 are going to be manned at the END of the month. ^???? out of the entire 32? And the cashiers are not in any hurry to servie clients. I was 4th in line but had towait close to 45 minutes- thats how slow our cashier is.

Pick n Pay should take their cashiers to Makro to see how to serice clients. ****ed to the highest level of pistivity!!!

P.S. To the customer service/manager of Pick n Pay, when you are busy assisting client A, you dont leave them hanging while taking on additional problems from staff about clients B,C,D. You finish with A first then move on to the next client. That's called courtesy and showing respect to your customers.
