UNDER 10 ITEM QUEUE MEANT FOR THAT PURPOSE

I was standing in the under 10 items queue on Friday late afternoon, tired and exhausted. And I was looking at the customer in front of me who had a trolley full. I was standing viewing their trolley and trying to decide how i will approach the subject of them being in the wrong queue, when along came a manager of the Goodwood Mall store and said, sweet and assertively, "Sir, please come with me, you are in the wrong queue" I was super impressed that the cashier alerted the Manager and the Manager removed the customer with such professionalism and courtesy, I was impressed.
