Undelivered Order and STILL WAITING 24HR LATER

Dear Lord this is sad.

I placed and paid a order yesterday at 11:15 and was so impressed when i got notified delivery will occur before scheduled time LO AND BEHOLD less then 24hr later NOTHING.

The driver first called me to get him closer coz he had bike issues (so i took a uber) when i got there NO ONE. My order was sent back to the shop, in this time delivery time changed 3 times. I had to stay home to wait on this R300 order. Eventually went to a shop and bought the stuff and got a email from a Geveina Naidoo a marketing agent that calmly addressed ME THE CUSTOMER AS "DEAR" telling order will be delivered today (21 November 2021) first thing.. Guess what NOTHING.

NO TALK ABOUT A REFUND. NO CALL FROM A SHOP OR APP STAFF. NO SENSE OF CONSUMER REMORSE. THESE AGENTS THE GLUE TO THE STORE FOR US BUT USELESS.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK PICK N PAY. I'M DONE WITH YOUR STUPID SERVICE.
