Undelivered order #***

I placed an order this morning at 10h01 for delivery but I still haven't received it but on the app it says it was already delivered so I phoned the callcentre hoping to get help but I was told that my matter is being escalated for how long I don't know but the consultant told me I would get my order asap but even now 8 hours later I still haven't received any form of communication from PNPASAP
