Undelivered order

Good day

I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the pathetic service I received from one of your delivery drivers today. I have been a loyal Pick n Pay customer for years and have never encountered such appalling behavior from anyone representing your brand.

I am currently injured and unable to walk up and down stairs, I opted to order my groceries online. I specifically requested that the driver meet me at my door. My home is only three minutes away from the store, had I been physically capable I would have visited the store myself like I normally do.

When the driver called I explained my injury and my inability to come downstairs. He responded with extreme arrogance, refusing to assist. He then rudely hung up the phone. After waiting in his vehicle for approximately two minutes, he drove off with my order.

This situation is deeply distressing. I am on a strict medical diet and cannot consume the items I currently have in my house. Because of this driver’s uncouth and ill-mannered behavior I am forced to go to bed hungry.

I am beyond disappointed in this experience. I expect a full and immediate refund for this order, and I trust that formal disciplinary action will be taken regarding this driver’s conduct.
