Undelivered order

I placed an order on Saturday 28/09/2024 that was never delivered but the funds were deducted from my account. I have se numerous emails and wasted alot of airtime on phone calls with no replies or answers. I requested a refund and am still awaiting any sort of communication from PnP. I am utterly disappointed in the service. It is so disappointing. I expect a call back or reply within 48 hours.
