Undelivered Goods and Dishonest Service

My order was never delivered on the 14th of January 2023, I had to make multiple to calls to get through to an agent. I was then told that my order will be delivered the following day. It is now the 15th still no delivery now the app says that my order was delivered. What is going on with you PicknPay Asap. You incompetence is beyond Shocking.

I will take this matter on, you cannot disrespect your customers like this. When have taken their hard earned money to support you business !
