uncaring company

<p>I have been struggling with lain for nearly a month now since I got hurt in pick n pay due to negligence on their side. No one from this company seems to care about their customers. I am not a difficult person but the hoops they want you to jump through to just to cover their own personal back sides is absolutley rediculous. Trying to force me to go to a government hospital to see the a doctor just to get a report. K paid a lot of money to see one of the top knee specialist. Pick n pay jas showed how little they care about the well being of their clientel. All they want is our money. As soon as something happens to you in tbeir store you get told that IT IS A CUSTOMER LIABILITY should theu not also make sure we dont encounter any issues in their stores. I never go out to wrong some one but clearly pick n pay cares NOTHING for their customers. If they came and said we are sorry about this, lets come to an arrangement all would have been good. But seeing this I would encourage ANY south african to rather support Checkers, spar, shoprite and remove any affiliation with pick n lay as they are only MONEY HUNGRY.</p>
