Uncalled for behavior

I do not believe that a one star is applicable. How do can an employee accuse you of being ****** for no reason. How does this business train the employees on customer service and put their personal ideology of the customers they help based on the color of their skin at the till and on shop floor to themselves. One of the employees walked past my mother and said "you are ******" she was so shocked at this remarked she left without saying anything. This is disgusting and honestly I would not want to shop at that store if that is what they are being trained on how to address customers based on the color of your skin. That remark was strictly uncalled for.
