UNBELIEVABLE

This is my response to the private reply from pnp on 12 April...today is 21 April I am in shock at pnp, it is heading for 2 MONTHS that I have STILL not received my order! Every now and then I get an email asking if it's been resolved and nothing gets done, some other ppl were accidentally cc'd in by the pnp person who mailed me and they were complaining too. I think I'm going to take this to consumer protection.. RIDICULOUS if this is not resolved by tomorrow
