Unauthorized salary Deductions

I always knew something was off but I never knew that they would do this. In my opinion Pick & Pay Pre-cap centre in George should be placed under investigation from every corner possible. And who ever in future wants to work for them I'd suggest not to do so. They are greedy.;They are ******s; And they wil use you. Once you sign a probationary contract, just know that if you ever resign that they wil milk you dry.

And this happened recently. I worked for them for just about over a year. Before I started i first signed a 3 months probationary contract. I never got a permanent offer contract after the 3 months nor 6 or 9 month after that. And so Its been a year. I app**** for a new job elsewhere and got the job. But it required me to start the following week's Monday. So I resigned with immediate effect. They still had pay me my last salary and guess what happens, THEY WENT ON AND DEDUCTED MY SALARY PAYOUT IN FULL. This was done apparently because of No Notice. So okay I get it. But I never gave consent to any such deductions. I never even signed a permanent contract. Funny thing is I asked for a copy of my probationary contract several times before and never got a copy. Such deductions are ******** unless stated clearly in the contract. Such deductions can only be made if an employee gave consent and I never gave any consent.

How many other employees have they done this too?!

This is theft, I wil leave them in God's hands.
